dose anyone know the laws on protecting our children in school?
my son told the yard duty he got kicked in his "privates" and she said she didn't care. isn't there a law that states they have to keep our children safe? i will be going to the principal in the morning, just wanted to be more informed.

That could be viewed as sexual harassment or abuse. If the responsible adult does not care about that, she can be viewed as a contributing factor. Just say the words sexual harassment and they should be scared enough to do something MAJOR.
