Well, since the molar mass of P4O10 is:
P = 30.97g * 4 = 123.88g
O = 16.00g * 10 = 160.00g
Total 283.88g/mole
19g / 283.88g/mole = 0.0669moles
0.0669moles * 6.02 x 10^23 molecules / mole = 4.03 x 10^22 molecules of P4O10
Since there are 2 P2O5 for each P4O10,
4.03 x 10^22 * 2 = 8.06 x 10^22 molecules P2O5

Ans is 8 x 10^22 molecules
It is as follows
Mol Wt of P4O10 = 284
19 g of P4O10 = 19/284 moles of P4O10
0.0669 moles of P4O10
one mole of P4O10 = 2 mole of P2O5 (phosphorus pentoxide)
therefore 0.0669 moles of P4O10 = 0.1338 moles of P2O5
No. of molecules of P2O5 = 0.1338 x (6.023 x 10^23) [multiplication by Avogadro's no.)
= 8 x 10^22
