You're not finding anything great in that price range, especially if you're looking to have everything shipped.

With gloves and headgear, they don't need to be thai, you can get great gloves and headgear from any boxing brand.

If you were willing to break the bank however and you wanted the stuff fast, and white, and thai you could get Fairtex gear from ringside/combatsports (same company), they're known for fast shipping and you could certainly upgrade to faster shipping though it's likely more expensive.

I hope you already have a cup and mouthguard, if not, those are also priorities.

If price is the real sticking point then I recommend just driving down to the local sporting goods store and buying the really low quality Everlast gear they sell there. It's nothing comparable to professional quality gear and you likely won't get the same color options at your local supplier nor are you going to find shinpads, but you do save on shipping. You could also try Everlast's online store and buy the cheap stuff they offer there and hope they have the colors you like.

But yeah, your question is a bit impossible.
