I'm guessing Lois treats Stewie as a baby and and not samrt and intelligent, a person who can take over the world, perhaps

I dont think there is a reason. Stewie has hated everyone in his family since the first episode.

He's evil and wants to take over the world but she is basically in his way of doing so. However when he tried to kill her it didnt work out so well so i guess he has to love her anyways :D
