Should you refrigerate onions or keep them in plastic outside of fridge?

    Until they are cut any spot out of the light will do, so long as it's dry and not too warm. Mine are in a basket on the counter. Once cut they should be in the fridge.

    I dont really know but I see my mom keep them in a plastic bag outside the fridge.

    Until you cut into them, keep them at room temp. Once cut, store in container or ziplock for future use. I think they tend to go bad on us faster if they are in the fridge.

    well, i heard by keeping them in the cold, it reduces tearing so i keep mine in the fridge.

    I keep them in my pantry until I cut them. Then I refrigerate them.
