Recording onto a HDD Recorder?
I have an LCD with built in freeview but I want to buy a HDD Recorder and it has the Freeview built into it. Will the HDD Recorder still operate ok even with the tv having Freeview built in? Thanks for all advice.

Yes, they can work independently of each other, and from the same aerial. You'll be able to watch one thing on the TV, while the recorder gets on with recording something else.

I have exactly the same type of setup and it's an excellent combination.
