Have you ever went a week without watching TV?

Did it make your life better? Would you ever consider abstaining from TV for any amount of time?

    Yup, when ever I get into a really good book, I don't watch TV at all.

    I have NEVER in my life been a big fan of television.

    I have gone week(S) without watching it. The only thing that I use a television for is NFL football and movies that I have on DVD.

    I have several times. During every hunting trip there is no TV.

    i did it for weeks when i go away for summer vacation... i had lots of fun without it so i guess it made me less lazy... never tried to stop watching though, kinda hard for more then a week when doing nothing

    And miss all my shows? No thanks. Although, I would love to go without having to watch all of the boyfriend's sports.
