I've submitted my questions twice now and they land on page two.?
That's basically it. Both times, my question ended up on page two, but others questions hit front page and got answers. why?

your are asking questions in a busy catagory at a busy time...
everyone who asks after you gets on the list above you. by the time you refresh the list, enough people have asked questions to push yours to the second page.

you picked a busy time to ask... try asking it again at a time where people are usually at work..
