How do I access the on board computer on a 1999 Honda Accord LX? ?

You can drive the car for 50 or 60 miles, then it will die. Most often, you can turn the ignition off, and then back on a couple of times and it will restart.

    OBD connector under the dash.

    I'm assuming you want to get the codes for the check engine?

    There is a special companion hand set that reads the codes the computer is getting from failed equipment then tells you in cross reference codes what the problems are and course of action to take.

    You can rent them buy them or find someone who has one and borrow it.

    did you try to reset the computer by unhooking your battery??

    Unhook the negative (black) part and leave it off for 3-5 minutes and hook it back up...
