I would tell my dr. at next check up. I know that when women go through menopause that this happens due to hormonal change, it may just be something as simple as low estrogen. As women age and have children their bladder starts to drop and this could be the whole peeing thing (his penis is actually applying pressure to your bladder) there are ways that dr.s tack your bladder up higher my mom had this done. You are not to young for any of this by the way. These actually sound like simple things that can be fixed if not they can make you miserable.
