My dogs penis comes out when hes scared?
just now my alarm beeped and startled my little dog so much he started wheezing and he fell on his back and his penis was puffed up and started to come out. it comes out almost every time he is scared.. is this normal??? should he see a vet???

yes its normal. my dog does it every time he sits or when somebody picks him up.

And it's nothing to be alarmed about, question-asker. And it has NOTHING to do with being OVER-SEXED. Uggh.
