Specifically I want to know the surgeons fee and the material cost such as the crown, the abuttment, the cap, and other stuffs.

Hi
The average cost of a completed restored dental implant ranges around 3000-4000 us$. In canada the prices of dental care are very close to prices in the US - so translate the equivalent in CAN$.
The price of each component varies between the doctors - one will charge you 1000$ for the implant and 3000$ for the restoration while another dentist may charge you 2500$ for the implant and 1500$ for restoring it. so - if you average 3- 4 K per completed implant then you're at the right price.
