Recover passcode for X Box live Gamertag?

I have an xbox live gamertag that i set a passcode for. I have forgotten the passcode. Is there a way were i can recover the passcode without deleting my achievments or gamerscore.

    improving gamertag would not choose gold subscription...u choose gold on condition that u pick to alter ur gamertag to something new...and for doing this MS will cost u some factors..

    go to xbox.com and click sign in, then click forgot password.
