EVERYTHING I 'smell' is RANDOM, unless I CHOOSE to 'PURSUE' some 'SCENT'... like 'butter', or (P-NUT butter), or BREAD, or TOAST!

OR, try to get AWAY from some 'scent' (B.O.), or ?(I won't GO there...)!

Let me OFFER one... 'BREAD and BUTTER'... That should be a RANDOM 'smell'... that is 'FAMILIAR', and SHOULD be a 'driving force', almost a 'directive', to 'GET HOME'...

On the other hand, if 'one' is RANDOMLY 'sniffing' (I'm sorry YOU said SMELLING) for some other 'butter' (aka, MARGARINE/SPREAD), then 'ONE' might get 'toasted' if they 'BREATHE 'IN' (SMELL) too deep!
