Dental Implant Questions?

Is it cheaper to have tooth extracted, put an implant immediately than

to have a it extracted, put a bone in it, seal the gum and then have the tooth implant later on?

Update:

yes put a synthetic bone in the hole to prevent the gum from collapsing.

Sorry I don't understand your question. Put a bone in it? Do you mean bone grafts? They do not do bone grafts unless you are missing bone. So of course the less expensive route would to just have the tooth pulled. However once the tooth is missing then the bone will begin to deteriorate and therefore later on down the road you may have to have bone grafts before getting a dental implant.
