Mark Cuban Jail Time?
Just curiously how much time do you think Cuban gets in jail? I have my securities license and I know I would be doing years if I did that. Over under on the jail time. I know he hasnt been charged criminally but he will if he loses the civil. But really somebody worth 2.3 Billion, I mean he does know 1 billion = 1,000 million. Was it worth it to save 750K? I guess martha stewart thought it was for 40K. I just dont get it.

Martha lied after she got caught. If he comes clean, probably just about a million bucks.

If you don't get it. then you should surrender your securities license.
There is an old story of the man that went to his priest and asked "Who's richer the man with five daughters or the man with 5 million dollars" The priest answers "the man with five daughters, because he thinks he has enough."
I don't know a single rich person that thinks he/she has enough

So far it is a civil suit, not criminal so no jail time involved with it.

He'll end paying up to $1mil+disgorgement... but criminal penalties may be also imposed - up to10 years..
