Stretching ear piercings from posts to gauges ?

I don't want them too big in the long run. Just something a little different

But I am clueless about them. What can I use to stretch them?

How long does it take? Will there be scarring, or will it ever heal if I decide to take them out?

Pleaseee help me. And please don't criticize my choice to do this.

Gradually go up in your gage size. For instance say you are at an eight, don't skip to four, but go to six.

well... i have gauges that are a size 1/2.

usually when you first get an ear peirce it's either a size 20 or 18.

the larger the number the smaller the gauge and vise versa.

don't skip any sizes cause that could lead to tearing, infections, and scarring.

you use tapers to stretch your ear lobes and depending on how fast your ear heals is when you go up a size.

people say that 00 is when you can take them out and they'll eventually go back to normally, some think that it's a 0 or 2 but a friend of mines had 00 and it went back to normal so. yeah

i suggest that if you know what size you want buy only one taper per size. this will save you some money. [by one at a 18, 16, 14, etc] do one ear at a time. that;s what i did until i got it to the size i want it.

    hope this helps. :]
