This would be a great team. An awesome team.

The only way the Yankees will win again is if they get back to baseball 101. Look at how the Rays did made it so far this year. Their excitement was evident.

They just don't seem like the Yanks of 95-99. They don't seem to have the drive they once had as a team. I'm a huge Yankee fan but I sure do miss the old Yankees.

I hope Posada makes it back. Teixeira would be an amazing Yankee. Jeter is not the Jeter we all know. A-Rod is a disappointment. Damon is not what I had expected. Gardner and Nady are terrific.

Sabatha and Chamberlain are awesome. Wang and Lowe I'm not sure about.

Let's see some hunger from this line up. Let's see some effort and some fight. Let's see this line up perform like everyone knows they can!

i would give the chance of getting that rotation as 1%.(sure you have the Money, but that doesn't guarantee you a ring, let alone the line-up)The chances for the yankees to win the world series would be .5%. Lets get it straight, their best hitter sucks when it matters most(yes i meant A-Rod.)and even though CC was great in the last half of the season(when he got traded) he sucked in the American League, and most importantly he was 0-2 against the Sox and is HORRIBLE in the playoffs. 2007 ALCS game 1 and 5... need i say more. And i think the Yanks should turn Joba back to a middle relief, and eventually turn him into a closer(the next MO perhaps.)

The Yankees might want to win on Paper. With a lineup it quite is defined as round, meaning there is no undemanding hitters to get out, and a starting up pitching team it quite is subsidized up so nicely with a lighting fixtures out bullpen, the Yanks might want to win all of it. once you've gamers like Mark Tiexara and Derek Jeter who're take carry of contained in the postseason follwed with the help of Alex Rodriguez who no longer has stress to carry the crew how will you no longer p.c.. them to win. Can;t ignore the great Mariano Rivera both. bypass Yankees!

Nah, Posada's aging, Tex is a great player, Cano's a solid player, DJ is overrated, A-Rod isn't clutch and gets in slumps, Damon is aging, Gardner couldn't handle a full time job in center, Nady is solid, Sabathia is great, but too much overweight, Burnett is injury prone, Lowe is aging, Joba is overrated, Wang i don't know too much about, and Rivera, well, he's a great closer. And Manny, even though he can still crush the ball, is aging.

Source(s): a Met fan, my job to tell Yankee fans bad things about there team!

Idk youd probably want to give it to them but baseball is suprising. Also some of that pitching might not hold out too too great. I know ive seen Burnett pitch and the only time he pitched amazingly was at the end of the 2008 season when Gaston was acquire/came back.

absolutely none because the yankees will always suck and once they get sabathia he'll get injured and die from a heart attack.
