In farcry 2, I'm having trouble seeing the weapons I bought?

Question

I purchased 3 weapons from the weapons store, including a sniper scope.  But they're not showing up in my selection pad.  It only shows a handgun, a slicer(knife) and one of the weapons I picked up from someone else while fighting. 
But when I get to the weapons store, and I log on to the computer, it shows that I've purchased 3 weapons.  
I've been playing this only for couple days.  How can use the weapons I purchased?

The weapons you purchase from the store computer go into the store room located next to the main store. Once you enter the store room all the weapons you have purchased are placed on the wall like an armory.

However when you buy things like reliability upgrades these just go onto your character. They act as perks.

when you buy a weapon on a computer there should be a building right beside it that has all the guns on the wall.
