Looking for a certain kind of music or singer?

I was at a seafood restaurant today and heard this awesome mellow guitar song. I'm looking for this singer (male) or at least the same kind of music.

It had a jamaican chilled guitar feel, very clean notes and mellow singing with a happier upbeat. Like if you mixed john mayer and bob marley (marley on the guitar, mayer on the vocals).

I hope that isn't too vague, please help me find this singer/band!

If you have ANY idea as to who this might be, please link me to a YouTube (or similar site) or Y! Launch of the song. I don't want to have to pay for anything just to find out if it's what I'm looking for or not.

Whoever finds it gets Best Answer, or at least some music that is very similar. Just remember that it had a Hispanic or Jamaican influenced chilled guitar playing.
