    Jogging

Exercise in general helps relieve stress.

Get a hobby that you can dive into and enjoy.

Write out your feelings and then burn them, it's a way of release.

    Best of luck to you.

I cant feel what you feel, but if you make a routine, of going to bed and not texting and not going online, and allowing your body to wind down, it will help alot. I just read about this somewhere and I am sorry I did not save the link. It had to do with texting and computers and exiety at night too. Anyhow, stop thinking so much! Get a book, a good book a boring book, put your body down to rest, so it knows, this is rest time. Let your mind wander into a good story. I think you can make it and stay at public school. I think you need to learn calming techniques. You need to realize that each day is just another day, it is not the big day of some decision that will be made by you or for you or about you. Hormones in young persons, really do mess you up, its real, its a part of the body maturing and learning to deal with things. You are certainly not alone in this. Tomarrow after school come home and read about some calming and destressing techniques, search on google. Try looking maybe for some yoga instruction from online, simple things like simple stretches etc. Take a walk each day, get outside and enjoy the birds or trees or whatever is in your area. Daily walking does a body good, even a short walk. Get in a routine, go to school come home, have a healthy snack, do a few yoga stretches, or take the walk, work on some of your homework. Check your email or mess around online for say an hour, then go back finish up the work and do some more stretches. Try to keep positive thoughts going on, and when you feel iffy, get that book out and zone out reading it. You can do it, I know you can!

Write in a journal. Pour it all out. Scream into a pillow. Punch your pillow. Meditate. Do yoga. Talk to your friends or anyone about it. Exercise. Set a schedule and follow it. Get involved with something you like (if you aren't too busy). If you don't like something, quit it. Don't take too much on. Hug someone. Laugh. Watch a funny TV show/movie. Dance. Read. Get your mind off things. Listen to music. Do something you enjoy. Take a hot bath. Pamper yourself. Paint your nails. Pick out a new outfit. Set up some "me time". Good luck!!

I take health in school, and it says to relieve stress that you should run. From personal experience though, I listen to music and/or scream into a pillow until everything is out.

I'm a sophomore, taking 4 honors classes, with divorced parents that hate each other..

    Meditation helps, I've heard.

Some people have said excercising helps them relieve stress - and it's a great way to stay healthy!

i know your life is already busy, but try to do some physical activity. it really helps lower stress, and you take your mind off of it for a while.

Take a break for a little bit and relax. Sleep for a little bit.
