Yes it does and this is why the founding fathers limited the franchise! There was no one man one vote! This video shows they were absolutely right.

Yes to both. It's significant because it shows that this whole election thing was a popularity contest & says to the world that people are basically still sheep when it comes to politics. They want to be led by the nose & taken care of. If given a false sense of liberty or pride, they can be transformed into a mass herd - unreachable & close minded. Issues are of no matter to them - they want that warm cozy feeling & a cool icon to attach their vote to. The media dazzled them with glam & poisoned them with propaganda.

A few weeks ago I spoke to Derek Shearer, a former US ambassador & political advisor. He said that the reason Bush won two elections despite being as thick as pigshit was that millions of Americans viewed him as being a regular guy who they drink a beer with, whereas Gore in particular came across as aloof and "too intellectual". With a voting population THAT stupid and superficial, is it any wonder the world views the US presidential elections with a mixture of bewilderment, contempt & trepidation?

Yes, it makes me sick.... that people who know nothing about the government are allowed to vote!
