Are we in for more of this?

I think that it is no small secret that, while in high office, many politicians are protected from scandal wherever possible (unless the OTHER side gets their hands on the information....)

But I am wondering - how many fukkups are we going to see in the next couple of months uncovered with respect to Bush and his administration?

Probably alot of things we will find out that we didn't really want to know when you turn that rock over and take a good look at Mr. Bush's administration.

It's difficult to assess the validity of this prosecution. The fact that a grand jury indicted them means they must have had some evidence, although a jury can always be slanted.

But as a whole, I doubt that there will be much evidence that can be used in prosecuting the Bush administration. They are generally very thorough at covering their tracks.

Bush is going to issue a blanket pardon just before leaving office. That will nullify any and all actions against anyone in his administration. The only one that he can't pardon is himself.

So now stockholders in publicly held companies are responsible for the company's actions?

Secondly have you ever served on a grand jury? They will indict a ham sandwich given the chance. Something about the power!

I'm sure the media and the left (sorry, I repeat myself) will dredge up some convoluted stories to connect everything that goes wrong with Obama, back to the Bush administration. Old habits die hard and they've been blaming Bush for EVERYTHING for 8 years.

An absolute non-story that will go nowhere. A Judge has approve the indictment and that is not likely to happen.

as soon as a judge sees the indictment it will be dismissed

    It is baseless
