Do you know a single frequency is just a wistle? Do humans hate some kind of wistles? I do not unless it realy laud. But I hate some horrible noise like someone scratching his nails on steel, but thats a mixture of frequesies..Its called sound.

I don't know exactly, and depending on which animal, but probably lower than 7 Hz or higher than 30 KHz, since circa those are our boundaries.
