Can everyone touch their toes?

With out bending your knees just wondering if i'm the only one who can't cause my family laugh cause i can't and they're think everyone can.

    i can, but my sister, brother and father can't, their all slim aswel, just very unflexible!

    No it does no longer mean you're unflexible. i think of you ought to attempt to touch your ft (no count number if it is your purpose) stretching for 15-20 seconds at a time. do no longer harm your self. additionally, yoga is powerful for flexibility. sturdy success!

    I think everyone can do it but they have to practise. I can't touch my toes but I haven't practised whereas people who do yoga have lots of practise with being flexible so they learn to do it.

    Yes I can I make sure I do hundred every day as it strengthens the joints.

    lol rather hard your NOT the only one my friend can lie on her tummy and touch her head with her toes :O

  • yep i can. My boyfriend can't even touch his knees so i really wouldn't worry!!

    i can.

    maybe its because my legs are quiet short compared to my upper-body.

    anyway lol

    my 2 sisters can't do it :S
