They're Pinky and The Brain, they're Pinky and The Brain, one is a genius, the others insane. lol can't believe I remember that.

Pinky and the Brain because it's well drawn and well written, which a hell of alot more than I can say about the ugly art and stupid characters that are Ren and Stimpy.

Both are clever, but my preference is Ren and Stimpy. It was so 'out there' with really insane story lines and characters (Powdered Toast Man, the talking horse, Muddy Mud Skipper). Then they'd do disgusting close-ups such as Stimpy's twitching nerve endings in his tooth or eye fungus... great stuff.
Pinky and the Brain was funny, just because of the Orson Welles impersonation of The Brain. It was certainly funny, just not over-the-top.

Good Question... I would really have to say Pinky and the Brain. It really makes my day and just gives me some good laughs. Pinky and the Brain is a classic comedy that never gets old!
