Turn Ons: I like a guy with nice hair that I can run my fingers through, and someone smart, and that stands for something but in an understated, humble way. I like a guy that can hold up his end of the conversation, but still cares enough to ask how my day went.
Turn Offs: Promise breakers, selfishness, and guys that are just inconsiderate. Heavy drinkers, self pityers, and those with fondness for strip bars are also on the top of my "yuck" list.

Personality comes from work not from looks or physical appearance. For me, the biggest turn-on would be his/her confidence, art of living life, his/her way of taking things & his/her thinking.
