My cello G string snaped?

Hi my cello G string snaped and its owned by leeds councel are those strings replacable Please say yes or i have to pay £395 for a new one thanks

    yep yep, go to your local music store they have replacement strings there. Do cello strings have different gauges like guitar strings? If so just bring in the snapped string and ask one of the people there to help you find an identical one.

    Yes, strings on an instrument are replacable

    they aren't super expensive too

    go to any music shop or go online

    Sorry to hear that! Strings are easily replaceable. Personally, I like www.sharmusic.com, they tend to have cheaper strings. Good luck!
