How do I tighten up loose skin?

I recently lost 64 pounds and I didn't work out a day since I starting my change of eating habits. I have saggy skin under my arms, and my belly. Yeah, I know it's gross, but I am very proud of myself for my weight loss. I need serious answers to tighten up my underarms, and belly. Thanks everyone.

    PILATES!!

    Amazing for toning, but you need to go for a while. Also toning exercises.

    But if you have a lot of lose skin - You probably need surgery to remove it.

    This is why you should exercise when losing weight too.
