    I would make it rain kindness. There doesn't seem to be too much of that around anymore.

    Make it rain GOD's blessings...upon the world, and get rid of all the hatred, greed, and evil that this world had become to ignorant to?

    i would make it flood hundred dollar bills if you say money is a penny not money so I am exact in what I would like it to rain

    food so people would randomly get hit with bannanas and baloney and such. and it would no longer be rare..

    that'd be the coolest.AND no more world hunger. (theres a childrens book on it it's actually pretty rad).
