How can I get Blue October tickets at face value?
I was planning on seeing Blue October when they come to Houston on the 3rd of December but I was waiting on my friend to confirm that she could go so I could by them at the same time. Now they are all being sold at ridiculous prices...
Any way to get some GA standing room tickets at face value?
p.s. I hope all the jackass that bought them all just to make a buck ends up not selling them so that he can see the money he wasted

The Houston show is sold out, but a limited number of tickets are still available for the shows in Dallas, San Antonio, and Shreveport. To get tickets for these shows, go to http://www.blueoctoberfan.com/foiled/tour.php
You can post on the forum at http://www.blueoctoberfan.com/openBook and ask if anyone has an extra pair of tickets they want to sell (not likely). You can also show up on the day of the show and see if anyone waiting in line has extras they are willing to sell at face value. At some shows the box office will have a few extra tickets on the day of the show as well.
The best thing to do is buy tickets as soon as they go on sale, especially for a show like Blue October in Houston which is guaranteed to sell out.
Blue October will tour again starting in Spring 2009, so if you're not able to see them this December, they're sure to play Houston again next year.
