2000 F250 V10 Triton engine, running rough?
Its a gas burner and is rough running, miss-firing and occasionally stalling at idle. At higher speeds (25 MPH plus), it runs fine.
Also what is involved in a tune up with that vehicle, is it something I can do? 190k miles

On those, they had a habit of having coil packs that would go bad after a while and cause what you are describing so you definitely want to have the check engine light scanned (autozone in the US and I beleive Canadian tire in Canada do it for free)
However by your description, I'd also check for a vaccum leak at the PCV tube where it comes into the motor. as engine revs go up the amount of air through a leak affecting the mix decreases and why it may run better at higher RPMs
The tune up is something you can do but don't recommend without a torque wrench for a non-pro
The spark plugs if not torqued right have a habit of loosening and blowing out the hole. So if you feel uncomfortable, bring it to a pro

Sounds like a missfire or multiple ones. Do a code scann. Stalling at icle is a IAC valve. A tune up consists of new spark plugs ,at 100,000 miles
