1. Y! ID

2. ZIP or postal code (non-U.S. users provide the name of your country)

3. Birthdate

4. Alternate (non-Y!) email address

5. Your current password question and secret answer

Without any of the above information provided, you won't be able to retrieve your password.

I forgot my yahoo ID password and i reset password process but i didn't receive email in my recovery email address!

Now, what do i do?

In order to get a new password when you forgot the old one you need the date of birth and zip code. There is no way around it.
