    The seafood, it is not horribly filling and I start with the most expensive things to get my money's worth. From there I move on to meats. I never take much starch, soup or salad as it fills you up too quick.

    salad bar there arent many around anymore and we never go to buffets but maybe once a yr so I enjoy fixing my own salad.
