Has prozac caused excessive hunger or weight gain in you or your child?
My son has been it it close to 2 years and he has started to want to eat constantly and has gained a good amount of weight quickly.

All antidepressants can cause that, but Prozac isn't supposed to as much.
The fact that he's been on it for 2 years is surprising. Did the dosage recently go up?
He could just be going through a growth spurt!

Yes. Prozac and all antidepressants cause that. Only one will usually help you lose weight and that is Wellbutrin.
