I know a smoker who had all kind of parts cut out because of cancer. He now takes a whizz in a bag. His lungs are rotted out too.

Yes. We lust found out today my mother in law has cancer in her kidneys, Liver and Lungs. She was a heavy smoker for years. She's in her 60's.

Maybe. But once you get cancer, who cares WHY you got it? And everybody knows smoking is a terrible idea. Quitting is very hard, but very important.
