can a person send an MMS to a website to be viewed?

I have an iPhone, and i would like to know if it's possible for a person to take a picture on their phone, and send the MMS to a website or something that i can access to view it. They don't have a data plan so e-mailing is not an option. it you have and idea plz post it, if u need more info on the situation plz ask.

Update:

Like i said, the other person has a generic cell phone with NO DATA PLAN, they CANNOT e-mail the picture. i need a place they can send the mms to where i can access it.

    Yes!

But not with an iPhone. To my knowledge, the iPhone can not send picture messages (MMS) without some serious hacking (see link below).

Any other phone you can MMS pictures to all kinds of places. Usually you have to send your MMS to a certain address, and then you'll get a "claim code" back. Then when you get to a computer you enter the claim code and get your picture.
