How should be named a vampire princess?
I am writing a story about vampires but I need some help. I am very confused and don't really know how to name the main character. She is an young girl of 17 years old, part of the royal family. I don't care if the name is japanese, or french.

Which royalty? Japanese? French? Some other?
For something like this, I like obscure sounding names that reflect their ethnicity. If she is Japanese royalty, I would take a Japanese dictionary and look for a word that is obscure in today's Japanese and doctor it up just a bit to make it a name.
One of my favorite uses of vampire legends is when they allow a bit cross-generational history told from a single perspective - the vampire's. Using ethnic names encourages this.

Open the phone book, pick a first name. Open the phone book again, pick a second name.
And no, I am not kidding.
People who don't know how to write spend all day trying to find the "right name". There is no right name. There is only the right character. Names do not matter, as long as they're not so elaborate as to be silly. (See Nessie for example.)
In fact, the more common they are, the more people will identify with them AS LONG AS THE CHARACTER IS INTERESTING, AND REALISTIC.
Take the following common names, for example.
Carrie, Harry Potter, Christine, Edward Cullen, Captain Elliott Spencer (who later becomes Pinhead).
Clive Barker believes in this concept so much, he chose the name Chickentown for his protagonist in Abarat. AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE BELIEVABLE!!! Why? Because he made it interesting and realistic.

Claudia is a nice girl vampire name. I think it sounds regal and elegant, yet dark and mysterious.
