recommendations for a nice melodic piece of piano music to play?

Hi!

I'm going to be playing one song in a local concert in Jan, I just wanted any recommendations for a piece of piano music perhaps with a nice sweeping melody?

I'm Grade 8 so don't mind the difficulty, but would prefer intermediate since i don't have bags of time to practice =p

    johann pachelbell's canon in D minor

    this performance isnt piano-led but the piece is well suited to pianos. i just really like this version.

    Anything by Jim Brickman. I don't know the difficulty level, but he has a lot to choose from.
