I have just bought a pair of lace up Keds and not to sure how to wear them. Seeing as its the summer and i'm a girl, would they look good with Capris/crop trousers? Or is that a big no no? I would wear them with jeans but its too hot!

I have a work colleague who has the worst attitude in the world and shouts at my manager because she "doesn't feel like dealing" with something.

She has shouted at me for no reason even though i am in the equal position at her (with more qualifications though) and everytime she speaks all i want to say is SHUT UP and get rid of your stinking attitude.

She has in essence become my arch nemsis and everything i do she undoes.

How can i cope without changing jobs? Its not possible to ignore her anymore.

hi, I can take pictures using the aperture function on my dslr if the object i want in focus is at the very front. what if i want to take pictures of someone in the middle of a group and blur the people in front of them and the people behind them? so basically only she is clear in the picture?
