Coping with your arch nemisis?
have you ever found someone that irritates you to the point where it might get violent??
I have a work colleague who has the worst attitude in the world and shouts at my manager because she "doesn't feel like dealing" with something.
She has shouted at me for no reason even though i am in the equal position at her (with more qualifications though) and everytime she speaks all i want to say is SHUT UP and get rid of your stinking attitude.
She has in essence become my arch nemsis and everything i do she undoes.
How can i cope without changing jobs? Its not possible to ignore her anymore.

She probably is only putting on this attitude because she wants attention. What really gets to these kind of people is being overly nice to them (weird I know), so next time she shouts at you, wait for her to finish then be smiley and polite.
