if something has a 45 nanometer chip would it be faster than something with a 90 nanometer chip?

is a bigger chip slower or faster???

    This sounds more like a computer hardware question than a chemistry question.

    A 45 nanometer chip is, supposedly, produced using a more advanced process, so that it can be made that small (as compared to a 90 nanometer chip), so one would expect the "bigger" chip to be slower.

    to see which one is bigger you have to calculate it by 1x10 to the 9th power nanometers and multiply each number by it and see which one is bigger...hope that helps!!
