Shift, or Caps Lock if it's a whole sentence or something. Couldn't be bothered with Caps Lock for only a couple of letters, it takes a double tap to put it on then off!!

I shift for only one letter and when I am trying to yell at someone in an email I use CAPS LOCK.

Shift if only one or two; caps lock if a few.

    Both.

If I'm doing a letter heading, it may all be in caps lock; if it is just part of a sentence then I will use the shift key.

I'm a touch-typist so I can't tell you where any of these keys are, but my fingers know!

it depends, if i'm typing something long in caps, then i'll use the caps lock, but if it's like one or two letters i'll use shift.
