Need new kx250 engine!!!!!?
I have a 97 kx250 and have put about $500 in the motor alone. I think it is time to find a new engine because everytime i rebuild the top end it blows up. Does anyone know where I can get a new motor for it? It doesnt matter what year as long as its 95 and up! I looked on ebay and there is nothing on there that i can find!! Any HELP?

What does it do when it " BLOWS UP" exactly? It may just be that you need a new bore casing (Barrel)! Whats the big end conrod bearing like? Bottom end may need a rebuild also! I'd be fixing what you have before looking for a 2nd hand motor! You could just be buying yourself more trouble!
If your adament that you still need a new motor then try Findapart.com . Fill out the forms and a generic email is sent to the appropriate wreckers for you! Just sit back and wait to see who's got what! Usually a pretty successful exercise in my experience!
