Someone stole my psp.?

This may take a while but i need help so here it goes.A month ago my friend had a sleep over and invited me and 6 other people 2 a sleepover at his house.I took my PSP with me and my headphones a 1 GB memory stick which had all of my songs and videos on it and a Bad News Bears UMD movie.i had my psp with me the whole night and before i went to sleep i set it on the table in the living room.I had a saturday detention the next day so my dad picked me up early and i was really tired.i put my clothes and sleeping bag in a bag.a put my headphones in the bag too. When i got to the saturday detention,i looked in my bag and my psp wasn't there.I just thought that after detention i will swing by and pick it up.When i went by my friend was'nt home so i came by later and we looked all over his house for it.it wasn't there.I knew that everyone at the party but one kid (who i didnt like) had a psp so they wouldnt take it.Then one of my friends said he was missing 3 DS games.I knew someone stole them and my PSP.The next school day the boy i didnt like rode my bus and showed me "3 new games he got at gamestop".They were the same one's that were missing.I said that my friend was missing them and told him to give them backe.Obviously,he said no so i said well what about my psp and he said that he did'nt have it (ya right) and that i can come check his house for it.I would but idk where he lives so for a month i've been without my psp (which was my most prized possession). Please help me i want it back sooooooooooooooooooo badly.

talk to ur dad about it, he'll then have to go to the main office of ur school and check that boys info to see where he lives or phone number...he'll explain the situation u'll be good, principle would understand, anyways as was saying, then call him or go to his house and have a talk with his parents, if they noticed his son got strange new things with no answers then he stole it, if not the parents are not good parents...the only thing u could do is proove that those ds games are ur friends, he did stole it because the next day, he showeed exactly the same games he stoled, very idiotic, anyways thats proof already, plus he cant just get three games...in order to proove hes not a thief he would have to show a receipt that he purchased these three games at gamespot, and if he supposably lost the receipt u can always go to gamespot and pull out there records and watever...there i gave u some great advice and ideas...best answer?

Well, obviously, if you care enough about your stuff, you and your friend will beat this kid up and take your stuff back. Also, get your parents involved, because the other kid's parents will be on your side if he steals things. I won't feel bad for you if you don't take action, because you know who stole your stuff, and you can get it back, I'm positive. By the way, you sound very young, so tell your parents, please! Young kids steal a ton of stuff. And be more careful next time!

Source(s): Take action! A month is too long.
