Can taking Zyrtec elevate ones potassium level?
I've been taking a Zyrtec daily for about a month now. I had a blood test last week and my results show that I have a high potassium level. I've never had this problem in the past. Could this be the problem?

I have not been able to find anything to suggest that Zyrtec causes hyperkalemia.

I doubt it, could be something, or a lab error, like Pseudohyperkalemia, due to blood being drawn through too narrow a needle or damage to blood cells afterword, releasing the potassium inside the cells into the plasma.
