how long can a lobster live out of water and still be good to eat?

If its actually living when its out of water then its good to eat no matter how much time goes by before it dies.
But if what you mean is that its dead and sitting out of water after it died........then it all depends on the temperature which the dead lobster was stored at.
I would say that if a lobster was store in a place of 40 degrees or cooler after it died, then two days would be fair before it goes bad.

As long as it lives it's good but when it's dead I would say about a day.
