Do people really believe that LeBron will go to NY?

I just do not see it.NY could take 10 more yrs and still would not have a winning team. Why would James go there just to start all over again?

If James does leave the Cavs I see him going some place that will bring him a ring now not 10 yrs down the road.

Also don't bring up that NY has money to sign Bosh or Wade also because you are still living in a dream if you think any of them 3 will go to NY with the way that zoo is ran.

Update:

All the money in the world will not get people to come to your team if it is ran like a zoo.I do not see any sane NBA star that values there career going to NY in the next 4-5 yrs

Update 2:

Cavs have more money free in 2010 then any of the NY teams so money is not a issue if that is what he wants.I have to believe he really wants to win and the whole NY show is him just playing a hand to push the Cavs to make a move or he will leave.

Why would LBJ go to NY? For the money? PLEASE! LBJ will bring the money to the sorry franchise the Knicks. I think the Knick owners love to lose. Their franchise is sorry and haven't had a winning team in decades. Only if LBJ wants to completely sell out and be a star with ZERO rings he'll go the the Knicks. I agree, I don't see him there.

If Lebron goes to NY they will be a contending team. Not 10 years down the road. When he gets there, they will be playoff caliber. When Lebron came to cleveland, they were pathetic. It was a hell hole down there. In a matter of 5 years he has taken them from near garbage to east champs. And that was when he started as a rookie. This is Lebron going to NY as a super star. And the knicks have some talent. Nate Robinson is a decent player. Duhon brings some experience and skill. Chandler is a great up in comer. And Harrington if they choose to keep him is a very good player. And even if that's not good enough to win the title, they can just build around Lebron and sign new players to fill the voids. But I still don't think Lebron needs to go to the knicks to get attention. He can draw his own attention. Plus the cavs look to be a contending team now. I think he'll stay with the cavs.

As much as i want him to go to NY i dont see it, i think chris bosh will definately go, but Lebron's cleveland team right now is AMAZING. They will lose to the lakers this year in the finals and probably lose again next year in the finals...it will be impossible for lebron to leave that situation where they are soo close, but i could see New york going after Chris Bosh FIRST so james will follow. If you dont remember that is what boston did with ray allen because without allen there would be no way KG wouldve taken less money to go to a terrible team. Lebron will see bosh sign and end up taking less because lets be honest, he can afford it. After seeing a team with james, chris bosh, gallinari, wilson chandler, and possibly even steve nash because there is a rumor he wants in on NY, the role players will naturally follow. Its gonna be tough but i can see him changing his mind after bosh signs first

Player 1 says " I want to go somewhere I can win a championship asap "

Player 1 means " I want to go somewhere I can make alot of money "

    please dont be fooled

NY has as much a chance as anyone else with cap space in 2010 and if you dont think they can get 2 stars then you must have not been paying attention to the trades last week . Players love to play for Dantoni and NY itself is an attraction to the players .

Your additional details do nothing but reiterate what you already said but hey ... thats your opinion and your entitled to it . guess we're gonna have to wait till 2010 and see .

hey money changes everyone. LeBron wants to be a global icon and what's the best place to be if u wanna be an icon? New York city

NBA IS FOR THE money. Elton Brand moved to philadelphia cause of the money. The knicks was doing pretty good before they traded crawford and randolph. NBA superstars will move if the money is high enough or even just role players. look at childress and boykins. The even left the country for the money.

he wants to go to high market team.

    the knicks fit that

    he wants money

the knicks will pay him big and they proved that by getting rid of their top 2 scorers.

all the money in the world will get someone to come to your team.

all most every athlete will go to a team for the cash.

why would big ben leave the pistons. for a worse team. why would turiaf leave the lakers for the warriors.

the world revolves around money and thats how it is in sports.

by the way no team that can win a title now will have the cap space to sign him.

I honestly, I don't see LeBron James going to New York, I think he'll either stay with Cleveland or go to a team that will give him a ring within a year or two.
