Anybody have a quick & easy recipe for a no-bake cheese-cake?
I have a few of them but I can't seem to be able to find them right now - I was gonna make it with sweetened condensed canned milk , but it 's date was 07/2006 and it was brown and nasty...any suggestions? I know I can just use lemon juice, sugar,and the cream cheese , but I'm not sure the amounts !
I thought I had a lemon , but all I had was a lime . So I made some powered sugar , used half of the lime(juiced) in the cream cheese ,a shot of vanilla... , a few drops of green food color and mixed in the sugar and whisked it to fluff...Its the bomb !

The easiest way is to just go buy the box no bake cheesecake, but here's an easy recipe to make it.
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Graham cracker crust
Fruit pie filling - optional
Beat cheese and sugar. Add salt, beat. Add vanilla, beat. Add milk, beat. Add lemon juice, beat. Fold in Cool Whip with whisk. Pour into pie shell. Chill at least 3 hours. Cover with cherry, blueberry or pineapple pie filling if desired.

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted margarine or butter
1/4 cup sugar
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 small tub whipped topping
1 large can ready made pie filling in your choice of flavors (cherry, strawberry, blueberry, peach, etc)
Mix crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar together. Pour margarine or butter over and toss lightly. Pat this mixture firmly into a 13 x 8 inch pan. Cream the softened cream cheese well. Add vanilla and powdered sugar, beat until fluffy. Blend in the whipped topping and mix well. Spread over cooled crust. Pour pie filling over top and chill at least 5 hours.
Variation: Add 8 ounces of sour cream with the vanilla and omit the powdered sugar.

How quick do you need it? They sell ready made cheesecake filling in a tub (Philadelphia brand). Just pour it into your graham cracker crust and let it set. Finish off with you favorite topping. Look for it in the dairy section by the cream cheese. If you want something that requires a little more effort try the Food Network website and go to the Sandra Lee page (Semi Homemade Cooking). I'm sure she has something for you there.

Holiday Eggnog Cheesecake
# 1 c Graham cracker crumbs
# 1/4 t Ground nutmeg
# 1 ea Env. unflavored gelatin
# 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
# 1 c Eggnog
# 1/4 c Sugar
# 1/4 c Margarine, melted
# 1/4 c Cold water
# 1/4 c Sugar
# 1 c Whipping cream, whipped
Combine crumbs, sugar, nutmeg and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine cream cheese and sugar, at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin and eggnog, mixing until blended. Chill until slightly thickened; fold in whipped cream. Pour over crust; chill until firm.

Go to most any large super market. Go to the frozen desert section.
They have the cheese cake filling already made up. Look on the package and it will tell you what size grahm cracker pie crust to get. With directions. All you have to do is put the toping you want . They are quite good. Good Luck.

NO BAKE CHEESE CAKE
3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 pkg. cheese cake (no bake) mix
Soften cream cheese mix together with cake mix, milk and Cool Whip. Mix well. Pour into spring form pan lined with lady fingers or use crumb mix from cake mix. Cover with plastic wrap and set in refrigerator for 2 days.
