Just Say That Parents Didn't Let You Go To Her Party and That's Final.

Just be honest with her and tell her that you are going to this other party. If she is a good person, she will understand.

yea, if you tell her you already made plans, then no one's feelings would get hurt, be like

"i am sorry, i already made plans on saturday"

or

you could tell her that you have to babysit

say

"ugh, i'm sorry, i have to babysit my cousin at his hous.."

lol

or you could just straight up tell her that,

'well, sorry i cant go to your party, i have better friends who invited me to their party.." (but that is just kinda mean..just a suggestion)

etc

"i am sorry, but (-girls name-) invited me to her party a while ago, i'm sorry..."

that way, you can brag about the party the upcoming school day, with out hurting anyones feelings. lol
